About Cairns Raw Materials

Cairns Raw Materials is a long-term labour of lovefor proprietors Mike and Debbie Sangster who founded the business in 1994.

As well as working hard to establish the business and clientele, the couple has also travelled Australia seeking ideas and inspiration to help create the most attractive and modern, yet also comprehensive and functional, landscape yard in North Queensland.

The result is virtually an information centre for garden and landscaping supplies - for individuals or commercial contractors - showcasing what can be done with a bit of though and effort.

shoppers can enjoy a coffee while browsing through pamphlets and concept displays of everything from rocks and pavers to garden ornaments and accessories, concrete products, mulches, log and more.

The 14 staff are are focussed on customer service and quality products - whether the order is for one cubic metre of product or three loads a day, and whether it's being delivered to the Cairns region or a remote island.

With 8 differnet-sized trucks on the road every day, we can meet virtually any timeframe, having materials delivered locally within hours if necessary.
